Q: How can I pay for goods bought at dwtechz.com?
A: We can accept payment by Credit Card Through Paypal or by Bank Transfer.
Q: What is TT?
A: In these notes "bank transfer" means the same as 'wire transfer' or 'telegraphic transfer' (T/T). You are instructing your bank to send money to Dwtechz's account electronically. Bank Transfer (or bank deposit in America or Canada) is the only Dwtechz payment option for you if your country is not served by Paypal.
Q: Is paying by bank transfer free of additional fees?
A: Dwtechz won't charge you any extra fees for paying by bank transfer. However, banks usually charge something for bank-to-bank transfers.
You may have to pay a fee when the money is sent out of your account to Dwtechz's (HK HSBC) bank account.
Any such fee is your responsibility, so please ask your bank to provide you with clear details so you can account for this fee when you pay. For example, if you are paying for a Dwtechz order of $500, and the bank will charge $50 to transfer, please submit for the transfer $550. If you only submit $500 then the payment that arrives with us (in this example) will only be $450 and we won't be able to send your full order.
Dwtechz pays for any bank currency conversion fees within HSBC in Hong Kong. You can submit bank transfer payments in any currency.
Q: what method of shipping?
A: FedEx, UPS, or DHL, EMS are practicable at your option. PLS confirm with us before the order proceeded.
Q: how to quote / pay?
A: The shipping cost can be arranged with the payment of the order. And the shipping cost prepaid here.
Q: how fast ?
A: Please allow 1-3 days for delivery from the time of payment received. Transportation time is around 3days for FEDEX, UPS and DHL, around 7days for EMS.
Q: how to get tracking details?
A: Your tracking number is emailed to you in 24 hours after the goods are dispatched. The delay is because we have to wait for the goods to clear customs when going from China out through Hong Kong.
Q: how to deal with customs and taxes?
A: All of the normal import paperwork is dealt with by the courier. If there are taxes to pay, the courier will pay them and then bill you later. In the case of dropshipping this could mean your customer is unexpectedly presented with an additional import tax bill when signing for the goods. We recommend you warn customers about this possibility and you may wish to offer to refund them for that.
Q: how to deal with delivery problems?
A: Any problems delivering will be dealt with by Dwtechz in consultation with you, the drop-ship seller.
Q: Can you write little value or just write the products as gift?
A: Yes. PLS confirm with us once the payment done.
Q: how to deal with returns?
A: If there is a fault, the product can be returned for a replacement under the standard 12 month Dwtechz warranty. In this case please contact us and we will give you instructions how to proceed. You can tell your customer to send the goods to Dwtechz, or you can get them to return them to you first.
